The Women’s Fund of the Community Foundation of Greater Jackson in conjunction with the Jackson State University Women’s Council for Philanthropy celebrated International Women’s Day March 8 at the College of Business on the campus of Jackson State University. The speaker for the event was Dr. Sybil Jordan Hampton, President of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Honorary Co-chairs for the evening were: Rosemary Ramirez Barbour, Hyun Kim, Belinda Mason, Nan Smith, Seetha Srinavasan and Kathryn Wiener. First Lady Marsha Barbour attended as an honored guest. The event was sponsored by Cellular South.
